GRO is one of the first co-living communities in the Twin Cities, bringing together sustainability, Northern European design, and affordability to create a modern, community-focused living spaces. It’s more than just buildings—GRO is about designing places where people can connect, thrive, and enjoy long-term value, for both residents and investors.

To support this forward-thinking vision, we developed a full brand identity that includes a custom lettermark, a softer color palette, and a set of flexible badges for brand extensions. Each element created was designed to reflect GRO’s commitment to sustainable living and meaningful connection.
